COVID Data and Other Data Sets

Here is a guide on how to access Google Cloud's COVID-19 public data setThank you to Howard Lei at CHOC. 

There are many publicly available data sets should your team need one and we can help you during the event to locate what you might need.

Your team may use this pitch deck template for your final pitches the day of the event.  You are not limited to these slides, but keep in mind that you will only have 3 minutes to pitch!

 

Photo Release Form

Yes, we will try to get some good Zoom pics from this event.  Please let us know if you don't want us to use your photo.  For everyone else, please download and sign CHOC's photo release form and email it back to hackathon@ii4change.com or snap a pic and text it to Joslyn at 816-781-9674.

Technology Platform - Zoom
We will be using Zoom as the primary platform for this event. Please check to ensure that your speakers, microphone and camera are all working prior to the event.   New to Zoom?  You do not need your own Zoom account, you can simply use the link we provided.  If you haven't been in a Zoom Meeting yet you can learn more here and even join a test meeting.  Please note that the first time you use zoom it will prompt you to download their software.  You may want to do this in advance.

 

Scoring Criteria
At the end of the event, our great panel of judges will choose 3 top teams based on each team's final presentation. Here is a the scoring criteria they will be using.

 

What is a Hackathon?
